Windows boot manager

So something strange seems to be happening with a computer currently. I recently built a new computer from scrap parts found where my dad works and some older parts I used to have. It seems to work just fine except for one mayor thing. I can not get windows 10 to work. I used a usb stick with windows 10 pro on it and the computer booted just fine. Then I put in all settings, deleted the old drive so it was empty, and then I downloaded windows. When the download was finished I was surprised to see me back at the installation screen again. So I quit and when I returned nothing was booting. I reinstalled it several times and nothing seemed to work. It found my hard drive just fine and there were windows files when I checked when reinstalling so it did install something. I even went so far that I used another harddrive and the same problem occured. Then when messing around I used windows boot manager to launch it seems to actually work. I got the settings screen and changed the data collection but when I then restarted my computer it went back to the same issue. It seems like I can only start windows from the boot manager. How can I fix this?

Scrap parts implies cross generational architecture so perhaps an incompatible component is in the mix.
Look up the mobo manual and check the memory compatibility list.
Then remove anything non-essential like the DVD player or graphics card if present.
Run it on only one stick of memory.
But yeah, run Speccy and post the output.
