Windows bluescreens even with new SSD

A few days ago my PC crashed, and an error message saying "Digital signature error". I messed around a bit with secure boot and boot order, but couldn't get it to boot into Windows (Bluescreens with different error messages each time). I then tried to plug in a Windows boot media USB to fix it, but it just said that it failed to repair Windows. I then wiped all my drives and tried to Install the OS anew, which didn't work either, it seemed to work until it restarted to finalize the installation but then displayed the same error message. I got a new SSD today and installed Windows successfully on a friends PC, but when I plugged it in to my own, the same error pops up. At this point I have no idea of what to do, or even which piece of hardware potentially need replacing. I would be grateful for any help!
