Hello,
My friend has an interesting issue, which I was trying to help out with, but now am at a loss myself. He bought a used PC for his child that was built by the seller(around 6months use). After a couple of weeks a problem popped up where the system hangs and the screen goes black. Functionality returns only when the PC is manually powered off and back on. This happens only when the PC is cooled(not used for at least a few hours) when the system warms up the issue disappears eg. if they turn it on in the morning the system will halt in a few minutes if not immediately after turning it on. If you leave it even in the hung state for an hour and then reboot it - the problem is gone. When it hangs the system goes black, hangs, but the PC is still running.
Happens even before booting up to OS. While I was looking at it happened just after turning it on before reaching POST screen so my guess was a hardware issue.
Some of the things I've tried:

Some of the things I've tried:
- Removing RAM sticks one after the other.
- Removing GPU
- Older drivers, newest drivers.
- Reset BIOS
- Replaced MOBO(my guess was that the motherboard was at fault and it still had a warranty so contacted the support and they replaced it with an identical new one - the problem then stopped for a month or so now started up again)
System specs:
- MOBO: Asrock Fatal1ty B450 Gaming K4
- RAM: Patriot Viper Steel DDR4 8GBx2 3600
- PSU: Be quiet! S9 600W
- CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
- GPU: RX Vega-56
