There are many ways to do this but If the O/S is intact a Windows install disc may or may not allow you to easily achieve it. You obviously have another pc so have a look HERE at these tools, that can make bootable media to do it, just some of heaps.
 
Have you tried booting and taping F8? There might also be another option. My desktop uses F12 to give me a boot menu.
Try function keys to see what is available as repair options.

Your computer probably has a recovery partition and if you wipe that, you'll have nothing. (Most computers come with no Windows 7 DVD). You'll have a hard time trying to figure out how to install Windows 7 again with no DVD.
