Hi! I tried installing windows 7 using EasyBCD. I turned off secure boot from the bios and all. When i try to install windows it freezes. Any help? I do have acces to windows 8.1 btw

Information - Windows 7 is EOL
As of January 14, 2020, Windows 7 is no longer supported by Microsoft for home users. PCHF advises that you upgrade to Windows 10 to remain secure and up-to-date with the latest features and OS. To learn more about Windows 7's End-Of-Life, feel free to read this article from Microsoft.
Did you remember to also change it to legacy boot? Which when you turned off Secure boot may have happened automatically.
Lets make sure you have a proper version of 8.x
Download Windows 8.1 Disc Image (ISO File)
