Im using the integrated graphics card, which is the HD Intel 630 series.
Thanks for the link on windows 10, I've actually managed to download it from microsoft the full iso and have now converted to usb bootable. Will give that a go.

Okay so I have installed windows 10 pro last night, everything is running much better even my graphics card. I now have the proper driver installed, no beta version. Running much better. Although I will have to still invest in a good graphics card to enjoy my bluray films with higher settings but at least for now things are fine.
I even managed to install all the MSI utilities for my motherboard without them crashing during installation.

I'm actually kinda liking windows 10, Ive got it all set the way I had my windows 7 and its looking the same apart from some new features. I still have quite a bit to explore and check things out on windows 10. Ive just been busy setting it up last night. I even bought myself a genuine activation code, there is a good deal on! Was £4.79 and got the code straight away.

Added a link below for some photos of my new machine

Thanks for all the help, much appreciated.

Thank you for that! :) I can always try that later if I feel the need. I did take a look and one thing got me curious, it mentions installing K-lite codec pack. Now this is what I always use and I have installed it on windows 10 but have found its not running as smooth as I like, I'm blaming my graphics card but could it be because of some windows 10 settings that are interfering? I have set the settings back to default for codecs on it but still not quite there as I can see a slight judder in between here and there.

Could be the integrated grahpics and or Win 10. I would think in IMHO it is the graphics.

I agree with you, thats what I believe it is as well. I noticed it on windows 7 too but then again the performance of the integrated graphics was poor and I had the same issue when playing back any video file, prob a little worst than windows 10.
Well I will find out soon once I get myself a new graphics card, I'm thinking of grabbing a gtx1050ti or gtx 1050, prob go for a 4gb version.
