Windows 7 Install from disc

I have just emailed the company asking if the disc I brought was a windows 7 pro disc so I will be hearing back from them soon.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get my startup screen and BIOS to display correctly?
once I can see the BIOS screen properly hopefully its as simple as loading the computer up by disc and inserting the disc because I'm still running windows 10 currently and it's still slowing my PC down and causing a nuisance to me.

i have tried resetting the monitor but that doesn't change anything I just need to know how to start this system up from disc by changing the settings in the BIOS but because I cant see my BIOS screen properly I cant seem to do this. when I enter the disc into my computer it doesn't even come up as an accessible disc in "my computer" either so I'm just hoping that it will load up correctly when I can sort out this "boot by disc" option through the BIOS.
sorry it takes me a while to reply on here sometimes I'm usually busy at work. but thank you all for your help with this issue and I really hope I can sort it out ASAP.

okay so as of now I press f12 on start up and I see an option that says "boot from DVD" so I press that option and it takes a little longer then usual from there to load but then low and behold it just takes me to my original login screen where I then enter my password and it just logs in as normal..
Would this be an error with the windows 7 disc I brought? I cant access the disc or file when the computer is on either it just shows me that there is nothing in the drive.
