Pending OP Response Windows 7 crashed (blue screen)

I was doing something completely calmed till my PC received a blue screen error about ''DRIVE_POWER_STATE_FAILURE'' and ''0x0000009f'', back then i restarted my pc and it loaded completely normal, while searching online for this specific blue screen crash i found a program that looks for file logs (originally configured in windows to log all blue screen crashes) of all previous blue screen crashes and it has helped me with it so i'll insert here a screenshot about the detailed log of my previous (recent) blue screen i received on my win7 device for knowing what should i do later thus it's alarming and i shouldn't neglect on what my pc would be needing in this case.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Has this only happened the once?
First step is open cmd as admin
In the command prompt window, type sfc /scannow and press Enter.
If all is good
Second step is to update your graphics driver.
  1. Open the Windows menu and type device manager. Open the Device Manager.
  2. Click Display adapters in the drop-down menu, right-click on your GPU, and select Properties.
  3. Navigate to the Driver tab and click Update Driver.
  4. Click Search automatically for drivers.

The program that i installed to check out all logged blue screen crashes only shows one single log that's about this single crash so Yes it's the first of all crashes my pc received, i am already doing what you recommend, i am responding back in a moment, not gonna close the tab

Done, it says all is good so i am continuing in the next step

It's all already done, though now my intel HD graphics GPU driver has been replaced with a VGA one that demonstrated in my PC after restarting it back not being a better difference, should i install back intel HD graphics?
