Hi,

Could someone please give me some advice? I've searched the forum and the solutions I've tried so far don't work.

My computer is running Windows 11. When I switch my computer on, everything seems to boot as normal: logo, etc. However, the screen immediately goes black. The monitor still seems to be receiving a signal as the standby light isn't on. However, I've tried it with another monitor that says it's not receiving a signal. If I put the computer to sleep using the power button, I can restart it and see the Windows login screen, but after a few seconds it goes black again.

I've tried rebooting the computer to access recovery, but after seeing a message about entering repair mode, the screen goes black again.

Does anyone have any ideas? Any suggestions very gratefully received!

Sorry but you have post on a tech forum asking for help but have provided zero information about your computer or it`s hardware, this makes it impossible for anyone to even hazard a guess as to what is going on.

Is the computer a custom build or brand name such as Dell or HP, if a brand name, provide the model name or series number (not serial) if a custom build post the brand and model name or number for the CPU, MB, the RAM ( including the amount and speed ) add on video card if one is used and the PSU (power supply unit) providing these details will enable folk to better help you.
