I kept getting a white box pop up when I would right click. So I system restored to two weeks ago and now I'm getting the following message when I boot. Please look at the image attached. Also I don't have a windows disc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I went to "advanced options" then I selected "troubleshoot" then I selected "reset this PC" then "keep my files". Then it started resetting and said "getting things ready". Then I hit the "reset" button.

It got up to 31 percent then said "undoing changes" and then went back to the blue screen and said "there was a problem resetting your PC. No changes were made." Now I'm back to the "Choose an option" screen. My choices are "exit and continue to windows recovery environment", " use a device", "use another operating system", "troubleshoot", and "turn off PC".

I chose the first option. It started "diagnosing your PC" and then a blue screen came up saying "automatic repair couldn't repair your PC. Press advanced options to try other options to repair or shut down to turn off your PC. Log file: c:\windows\system32\logfiles\srt\srtTrail.txt"

Sorry I should have clarified.

Don't copy the tool. Just run it on your computer. It'll run and ask you where to copy the Windows 10 files to. Make sure your flash drive is plugged into the computer and select the flash drive. It'll download Windows 10, setup the flash drive, and alert you when it's done.
