Hello everybody, i own a HP 840 G3 laptop running windows 10 that have the touchscreen function. The touchscreen is working, my only problem is that every time i scroll at the end when i lift my finger my computer consider that I'm clicking. So Far i tried updating my drivers, turning it of in device manager and turn it back on but nothing seem to work. Is there anyway i can get it to work properly? Thanks in advance for all your answers.

Hello, Reg Mainville.

Have you tried re-calibrating the touch screen?

You can do so by following these directions -

1. Type Control Panel in the search bar and open the program.

2. Go to Hardware & Sound and look for Tablet PC Settings.

3. Click the Calibrate the screen for pen or touch input option.

4. Follow the instructions to complete the calibration.

5. Your touchscreen is now calibrated.

yes i already tried it and it haven't change anything. the screen is probably correctly calibrated since it work pretty much as it should at the only exception that when i scroll or perform other gesture like zoom it consider that I'm clicking when i lift my finger off the screen. it get pretty annoying while trying to browse web by example. thanks for your answers and if you need anymore details just ask it will be a pleasure to answer you as fast as i can.
