Windows 10 cannot find any wifi connections

Yes, the wifi is working on my phone and on my Samsung Galaxy Tablet, so it's not a problem with my router.
No, I do not use ethernet and never have on this pc

I have a desktop and cant find a "wireless button" that some PCs have.
I have tried updating network drivers but that still hasnt worked.

Please help!
