Win 10 Home pc will not boot

Hello!
I'm having a problem with my desktop pc.
I have a Gigabyte GA-A320M-S2H motherboard, AMD Ryzen 3 2200G with Vega 8 graphics cpu, 8gb Corsair Ram, 1Gb HDD.
I had tried to install a Nvidia GTX1050Ti graphics card, which turned out to be faulty or fake.
I have removed the card and eventually after some trouble reset the bios to "Optimised Defaults" everything seemed ok.
However yesterday the pc would not boot.
I turn on the power and I get a beep and a keyboard number lock light.
Everything seems to be ok, then the HDD stops running and I have a black screen, although the monitor sees video at 1920 x 1080 @60Hz.
I had it running yesterday afternoon and it ran all night, however after an update it re-started, and failed again.
It was suggested to me that it could be a driver problem.
I did get it running this afternoon, and I put in the drivers disk, just to install the recommended drivers.
After loading the Chipset driver the machine re-started only it hasn't come back up.
Now I don't even get a black screen just "No Video Available" message on the display.
I have just tried booting from the Windows repair disk, with exactly the same result.
Has anyone any idea what to do next, luckily my laptop still works ok.
Cheers,
