Win 10 Error Code: Critical Process Died - Stuck on Blue Screen, Cannot Boot After New Update

I have a Win 10 PC and am stuck on blue screen after new update. I keep getting error code: Critical Process Died. I tried troubleshooting and reverting to the old version but cannot for some reason. I only updated my PC last night and today could not boot up at all.

I tried : Advanced Options>Troubleshoot>Advanced Options>System restore and Auto Repair.

I looked the error code up on google and tried these commands too but nothing changed. How can I revert back to the old WIN version?

Commands I tried from blue screen command prompt:

bootrec /fixmbr

bootrec /fixboot

bootsect /nt60 sys

bootrec /rebuild

sfc /scannow

chkdsk c:

*Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

*Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

*Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

What was the result of each of these commands? Any messages?
Most of the commands were succesful, but that last 3 "dism/online" commands were not able to be performed. Same with revert to previous WIN version. Unable to do so. I also cannot revert back to a previous date because theres some error accessing my C drive apparently.

How can I revert back to the old WIN version?

From the Advanced options use the Restore Your System with the Keep my files option.

If you have data on the drive that you have not backed up you would do well to boot use a Linux distro to back up the data, this could be a failing drive or corrupted OS and be nothing to do with any update/s.
