-Power flipped of in apartment
-When it came back on, wireless router wouldn't connect to desktops or cellphones, but still connect to 1 of 2 smart TVs
-when tried to connect with devices it says, "Connected but no internet"
-thought something was wrong with the router, so bought a new one
-it still says the same thing when try to connect to the wifi network
-however if take ethernet cord from modem to computer it works fine
-Called router IT peeps and they had me pull up the router on the desktop via the IP address and do some type of cloning of the MAC address, but still didn't work

Would appreciate any help anyone could provide. Haven't had wifi the past week and it's driving me crazy!

We hooked up the old router and it seems to be working now. Think it was plugged into a power strip that had too many things on it even tho it was powering up. Bc when we plug the router into a different outlet it appears to work. Idk if that's the case but at least it is working for the meantime. Thank u tho!
