My computer manages to reliably take the better part of an hour to fully boot up and get up to speed, which doesn't really make sense give the information I can find. I'm running a Ryzen 5 3600x on an MSI B450 motherboard with 32 gigs of 3 gigahertz memory, a 2 terabyte hybrid drive, and a 1 terabyte SSD. I managed to open task manager, but it says I'm only using 15% of the CPU and 20% of the memory, but 50% of the disk. Isn't a hybrid drive supposed to be faster than a standard HDD?
