Why can't I set my monitor to it's full resolution

Hello! I have an old PC. Biostar H81MHV motherboard, i3 4130 3,4Ghz, 4Gb RAM. HD 4670 1Gb and FSP 550W power supply.
I bought an R9 270X used, but the screen had weird colors sometimes, but only in windows. I tried to install the AMD drivers, but the screen went black. I restarted it but after the windows boot screen its still black. I've put back my old 4670, uninstalled AMD drivers, but now I can't set my display to 1920×1080, the maximum display it offers is 1280×1024. In the device manager it say Radeon 4670, but in the special, but in the advanced connection settings it says microsoft bais display driver.
How can I fix this? I don't want to reinstall windows.
Edit, I've tried the onboard display and Full HD works. Why not with the HD4670 anymore?

So other can assist let get a speccy report.

Do not forget to post the make and model of the PSU if this is a desktop.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.
