Where to get help for Operating System problems?

If I was looking for someone to help with issues regarding applications in linux where I can pay someone and have them physically fix the issues I am having with my computer where would you advise to look for someone like this in my hometown? For instance certain applications are not functioning properly and I would like someone to fix the problems without having to do it myself so to say. I don't think this is something that GeekSquad would normally do right? They are generally used for fixing computers and probably minor operating system issues regarding Windows?

you will have to ring GeekSquad and ask if they do Linux operating systems.
failing that, online search for PC shops in the local area and ring them, also asking if Linux OS support is part of their services.

or tell us what the issue is and maybe some of our members can offer advice. :)

You can also call around to the local computer shops they may have people that can come out and r have you drop off your system to be repaired.

Be extremally cautious of anyone offering to remote in and work on your system.
