What WiFi card would I need for my motherboard?

If you scroll down to PCI/Graphic card, it appears that your motherboard has 1 PCI-E x1 slot and 1 PCI slot.

You might do better not worrying about finding the right internal card and simply using a wifi USB dongle. That way, you can use it on any computer that doesn't have wifi.
