What kind of water cooled blocks are compatible for high end cpus

sorry can't help.
I went for the NZXT Kraken 120mm sealed unit when I converted over to water cooling.
I couldn't be bothered cutting, bending, clamping, bleeding pipes. :)

what part of your hardware will you be water cooling - CPU and/or GPU?
and what is giving your concerns about that choice of cooler, or is it just a general question?

Both CPU and GPU I want to cool, If not I also ready to cool only CPU and rather leave GPU as it is.
Whatever the setup I make want efficiency from that. I don't need RGB kind of things, I just want to operate on less power while making great performance in Gaming and others

For the same or less usage of electricity w.r.t fans, I want more performance.

Consider this question as generic kind question, before this I also made some research on custom water cooling but didn't find the exact solution.

The PC is not built yet, I'm planning to build it and I don't want to regret later.

What Im going to do with PC

1. Install Linux (POP OS, Arch linux)

2. Heavy tasks like Virtualization

3. Compiling codes

4. Some Video editing using Davinci Resolve, Kdeinlive etc

A quality case with enough fans is more than sufficient when matched with a quality air cooling unit (Noctua or bequiet! come to mind).

As long as you're not running a cheap low-airflow case with a few junky fans, you should be fine.

This is a fairly good video:

You didn't specify if you wanted to overclock, but for un-overclocked use I am very satisfied with my bequiet! Dark Rock Pro 4.

If you're set on a custom watercooling loop, I'm not able to give any suggestions on that, a bit over my head. :)
