Solved Weird red circle

Wasn't convinced that the amount of free storage space was the issue but it needed addressing as the last thing that you would have needed was Windows not booting up or the SSD failing on you.

This is looking like a hardware issue so first test I suggest is either trying a different screen on your computer or alternatively trying the present screen on another computer, a notebook that has the appropriate video port will do.
 
In addition to what Mal previously suggested, always try the easiest option/s first.

Doing the above will rule in or out both the screen and the graphics as being the cause, going to the time, trouble and expense of replacing an SSD and reinstalling Windows only to find that the issue was still present would no doubt leave you feeling far from happy.
 
Ok so i couldn't find another screen and i used my laptop on the monitor im using and the circle is still there, so its either the monitor or maybe the cables? Idk
 
Ok I'm so sorry it was some kind of a monitor setting i don't know how it put itself on... I was so sure it was a pc issue. I'm so sorry for wasting your time, but I will definetly come back to you if a 'real' problem occurs. I feel so ashamed.
