Weird ratling sound coming from back of PC (most likely power supply)

For a while now (maybe around 3-4 days) I have this weird ratling/crackling sound. It's coming from the back of my PC. I honestly don't know what causes it, because it happends very infrequent. I can go hours without hearing it once and then suddlenly I hear it 3x in a row. At first I thought it might come up when I am running high perfomance programs but that is not the case. I cannot seem to find any patterns to this whatsoever.
Now I do think it's the power supply and I have the 650 Watts AZZA PSAZ (80+ Bronze) power supply (If that is any help to you).
I also attached a video where you can hear the sound. The inital video is about 6min long, again going 6min without hearing it once and then it popped up twice. I kinda sound lika a rattle snake.

Things I tried:
>Changing power supply cable
>Changing plug
I also opend my PC but due to the fact it happends so infrequent it is really hard to work on this

Any suggestions?

lay the case on its side for a few days and see if it repeats.
also try poking a soft bristled brush into all the fans (don't forget the one in the power supply), just enough to stop them spinning.
that should pinpoint if it is a fan/bearing making the noise.
