Weird program leftovers from EagleGet downloader

Sooo... yeah. I downloaded The EagleGet internet download manager so that I could have downloaded some ps2 iso files a bit faster, than what it takes by downloading them straight with a browser. And I was aware of the fact that the software might be bit fishy but I proceeded with the installation anyway. After the installation, I ran into this shady message about some connection stuff. Where "I had a choice" to choose from two options on how to proceed with the use of the software. Either allow it to use my computer while in sleep mode as a proxy for other "trusted connections" or continue with ads and no connections (yeah for sure). I choose the option with the ads since there were no other choices available. Immediately after that, I went and uninstalled the software with IObit uninstaller, cause my norton365 sounded an alarm about some weird-*** connections that were tried to be made to some Chinese looking site or something shady like that. I blocked access to the internet from every single one of those "Chinese connections". After that, I restart my pc in safe mode and scanned it with the hitman pro and then with the Norton and they couldn't find any viruses what so ever but when I went and checked the firewall I still found those few connections left there. They were blocked from accessing the internet tho, but I couldn't find any way to remove them from my computer even tho I had the file path and tried to find the files and remove them by hand. So is there any way how I could get rid of these? will be my last time downloading stuff like that on my pc lol.

Here's a picture of the files from my Norton's firewalls blocked connections list. If it's any help.
