Solved Weird Keyboard Issue

are they USB2 or USB3 on the front?
either way, take off the side cover and make sure the USB2 port cable goes into USB4_5 or USB6_7 on the motherboard. (the one cable does 2 ports)
if the case has USB3 ports, your motherboard does not have a USB3 header to connect into, that may explain why the front USBs aren't working.

I don't really know what USB version on the front USB2/3 but I will check it later on the motherboard
But now my keyboard are not working again xd, the error are same like before with the Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) with error code 43
