Video games launch only in "Battery Saver Mode".

A little update. Just found out what was causing the "100% CPU utilization" thing. It was the "System interrupts" process that was causing it, when I tried to launch the game on any other mode, except for the battery saver one. Idk, but this might shine the light on some things, I hope. Thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. A small update. I completely reinstalled Windows and the problem is still present. I figured out one thing though: any application that is being run on the GPU isn't working properly and therefore crashes or freezes. Might be the problem with the GPU, I don't know. The drivers are installing properly, without any problems. BIOS and Windows recognizes the GPU without any issue, too. One more thing that I tried is launching Windows in Safe Mode. In safe mode I am able to run an applicaiton and it works completely fine. So, under these circumstances, I'm not sure what should I do. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

Do you have dual graphics- say Intel/AMD & nVidia? If yes then try running the game using the nVidia graphics.
Another suggestion is to use DDU to cleanly remove the graphics driver then install a fresh version. It is wise to download the driver before running the tool.

Yes, my pc has both integrated and discrete GPUs - Intel and nvidia. I already tried using DDU multiple times to remove the driver and then install the new one. Didn't help. I will try to run the application with the nvidia graphics, although I am not sure it'll work.

Change the Windows Power Plan to High Performance or your Nvidea GPU will not get enough power, the notebook needs to always have the AC adaptor hooked up when gaming and for the same reason as above.
