I know it's sort of a difficult problem to solve, but any guidance on where to go for help would be nice as well.

Its just triple A games crashing.
far cry v, Valhalla, witcher 3 all crash, sometimes on startup, usually after 10-15 mins of gameplay.

Games like minecraft, team fortress 2, roblox, skyrim, paladins, tabletop simulator, sims 4, never crash.
Just seems like only big triple a games that crash.

I have an rtx 2070, r7 3800x, 16 gb ddr4 ram. I play on 144hz often. I've reinstalled my graphics drivers with DDU and checked for updates.
Oh, and my psu is 550 or 600 watts, cant remember exactly.

Oh, and my psu is 550 or 600 watts, cant remember exactly.

We need to know the exact brand and model name or number of the PSU so that we can check how good or bad the quality and specifications are, not all PSUs are equal and some are so bad that you couldn't trust them as a doorstop.

What actually happens, does the computer shutdown, shutdown and restart or the screen go black etc.

If the screen goes black, do you get any on screen message such as "No Signal"

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Sorry but if you are unable or unwilling to provide the requested information I am unable to help you, someone else may come along and have other ideas so will just wish you good luck.
