Hello, i think i have a problem with my ssd... when i log into my pc, it takes a couple of minutes to open the home page. once its logged in, it takes a few minutes to open whatever i am trying to open and everything is incredibly slow, and when i download things its incredibly slow (download speed is a couple of kb/s) and it says the disk usage is 0. after about an hour or so, the speed returns to (almost) normal for applications that have already been opened. when i log off, it takes about 5 minutes after i click the power button for the fans to turn off. ive done all the window updates except 1 for which it says there is an issue and so I have to click retry to update but it never actually updates (it also says that there is urgent action needed to do with to does updates but that is the only one left that hasn’t updated), ive done all my gpu driver updates,

i’ve scanned my ssd and hard drive and it says they are healthy (however it says that in the 2 years that i’ve owned my pc the ssd has 88% with 6TB worth of writes which apparently isn’t normal) and ive made sure that there are no applications that open up when i boot that could hog the bandwidth yet still i get this issue. so far i have noticed that i had many hour long clips saved on my of so i have deleted those, i have also noticed that the nvidia recording system that caltures highlights was on so ive turned that off). I have also done the windows malware scan so i dont think that is the issue

(especially since i have not downloaded anything at all recently). one suspicious thing that i have noticed is that i have it set so that stream does not automatically boot up, but on a few occasions i have come to my pc to find that steam has opened without me opening it. has anyone ran into this issue previously and what have you done to overcome this issue? if not, does anyone have any suggestions on what i could do? thanks
