Hi guys,
Ive just bought a Logitech Pro x wired headset and having trouble with audio quality. When I plug the dts device in (audio jack to USB) into my Razer Blade Pro 17 my headset works absolutely perfect, until I launch any game (warzone, CSGO, AoE etc). I can listen to Spotify no worries, voice recorder picks up my voice crystal clear. They are awesome. But as soon as i play any the audio quality diminishes completely to sound as if you're listening with a pair of those cheap headsets they give you on flights. If i plug the headset into the audio jack on my laptop directly, I get normal sound quality but don't get all the features of this set like the Blue voice technology and the voice "Sidetone" when i talk (I need this so I stop yelling when I'm playing).
Important note, I recently purchased and returned an ASUS Strix Bluetooth headset for this exact reason.
