Hello, so i recently started having a problem with my pc that the fans would go at the max speed and my monitor would just say no signal. So i tried everything that i could do and i couldnt fix it. So i took it to a pc place and they told me i have to buy a new graphics card. ( also add a new fan cooler but i could do that later on in the future. )

Here are some of the information about the pc. : https://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/model/DG.E26AA.001

( The pc is also quite new since i bought it a couple months ago. )

So they told me i could buy any graphics card that is just better than the one i have.
but i still dont really know what to buy and what would be good for my pc bc i dont know anything about that stuff.
I also have a budget and that is under $450 but would be better if it could be around $300-$399.

I also would like to change the case since ive heard that its so cramped up and i would also like to upgrade the ram to a 16gb, and the fan.
Now i know its hard to change the case since i would have to buy a new motherboard but i dont mind.

But all of that i will be doing in the future, ( around november maybe ) now all i need is a new graphics card. So which one would be the best to buy for my pc?

OK. You should not need a new MB just to change cases and not really all that hard. But probably pointless.
Yes, upgrade the RAM to 16 GB. If you can match the RAM you have now. Do you have 1 x 8GB or 2 X 4GB. If you have 1 x 8Gb in there you could maybe match for around $50. How many RAM slots do you have? Normal prices are 2 x 8GB = 16Gb are $90 to $100

But for now, what are planning on using this PC for? You could play some light games only unless major upgrades. $$$$$. This is not a gaming PC nor will it ever be.

Because you have one PCIe slot X 16, You can buy a GPU for this PC. You have integrated GPU right now, (gpu is built in and not a physical one)

You cannot buy a a high powered gpu as you do not have the PSU for it nor the money.

In reality the only card you could get for $400 is Nvidia 1650. That is what is built into your PC. Is there a point? Only if the GPU onboard does not work at all.

This PC is what it is, an entry level, surf the web and emails, pics and docs. It is not anything more and to upgrade it to play modern games would cost too much. For $800 to begin with I would have gone to Craig's List and bought a 2nd hand one that games. If you do not play games then if only your onboard gpu is gone, you could replace the gpu for $200 but this would not play games well. But buy the RAM for a little extra speed if you like. I might not but that is me.
