Dual channel means that the RAM was running at two Xs 1063MHz which = 2126MHz.

2666MHz is the tested speed of the RAM but to achieve this speed the RAM needs to be overclocked.

2133MHz is the serial presence detect (SPD) stock speed that the RAM will run at, it is also the speed that the BIOS detects.

For you to do;

Try reseating the RAM and GPU and while inside the case make sure that all connections from the PSU to the hardware are securely connected.

How many internal cooling fans do you have.

Not an ideal PSU when there is an add on video card present, CX PSUs are the budget range offered by Corsair that are not intended for gaming rigs, you should really have something that is from their Gold efficiency rated range, the CX850M also has a high failure rate from what I have seen across various forums.

Not a good idea I`m afraid as the GPU that you have requires the system to be powered by a minimum of 600W PSU that can produce at least 42 amps on the +12V rail, using an underpowered PSU will damage the hardware over time.

Can I ask that you do not quote every reply, it really does not help any and just makes for unnecessary reading, thanks.

Without further investigation it is not possible to say what the cause is but just so that you are fully aware you may have damaged the RX Vega GPU by using the previous under powered 450W PSU.

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

No worries, quoting snippets to highlight important info in them is fine as it is helpful.

Disconnect the UPS and power the computer straight from the wall socket to see if it changes anything.

There are a few things of note in Speccy that need addressing, we will leave them for now and wait until we hear back from you regarding the testing without the UPS.

Do you have another screen and video cable that you could try or alternatively a notebook that you could hook up to the present screen to see if you get a good display.

Download Speedfan and install it. Once it's installed, run the program and post here the information it shows. The information I want you to post is the stuff that is circled in the example picture I have attached.
If you are running on a vista machine, please go to where you installed the program and run the program as administrator.

Click on the ALT key + PRT SCR key..its on the top row..right hand side..now click on start...all programs...accessories...paint....left click in the white area ...press CTRL + V...click on file...click on save...save it to your desktop...name it something related to the screen your capturing... BE SURE TO SAVE IT AS A .JPG ...otherwise it may be to big to upload... after typing in any response you have... click on Upload a File to add the screenshot.

Forget trying to game on the computer until the issue is resolved.

Best course of action atm is to sort out what we can see in Speccy to see if it helps any, do this without putting the add on GPU back in.

AVG Antivirus This is a resource hog and not the great free AV that it once was, you do not need it in any event as Windows 10 has Windows Defender which is better, see below;

Windows 8, 8.1 and 10 come with an improved Windows Defender, it offers the same real-time anti-virus/anti-malware protection as Microsoft Security Essentials. Windows Defender also shares the same malware signature definitions as Microsoft Security Essentials, and Forefront Endpoint Protection. Technically, Microsoft Security Essentials has not been renamed Windows Defender, or combined with it in Windows 8, 8.1 and 10.

Once any other AV has been correctly uninstalled, check to see if Windows Defender has auto enabled and allow it to update and carry out a full scan of your computer.

For Windows to be able to run efficiently and to be able to update you need to have between 20 and 25% of the partition or drive available as free storage space at all times, if you don`t you risk Windows becoming corrupt or not being able to update which puts you at risk of malware attack.

Data only storage devices should not be allowed to get any lower than 10% of free storage space of the full capacity of the drive/partition on the drive, this also to avoid data corruption.

Please note that storage devices can physically fail if the amount of free storage space is allowed to drop below the required 10 or 20/25% minimum.

Uninstall as many unused programs, games, videos and music files as you can and get yourself another means of backing up to, post back when you have between 20 and 25% free storage on the C: drive/partition and we can go from there.

Sorry but not sure what you mean, where has this been suggested.

Just a fyi, your CPU has integrated graphics and your MB has a DVI port and a HDMI port so you could remove the Vega GPU from the MB and test the computer by hooking up the screen to the appropriate video port.

Any update coqui?
