Hi, I have a ET1850 Mother board and i would like a cheap good upgrade, that can improve fps and stability, I currently have a Intel Pentium E5700, GT610, and 3GB of ram (1gb/2gb)
What should i upgrade (will it be worth it?/how much will it improve performance?)
should i upgrade?
My budget is 50$

Thanks

Hello,

You have a LGA 775 socket, which does not support any CPU past Intel Core 2 Quad which is 4 cores.

The cheapest things to upgrade to improve performance are RAM. The more RAM you have, the better.

no good going above 3GB of memory unless your hardware and OS can handle 64bit.
best bet may be to convert to a solid state drive, but again, with the board's age, achieving the SATA I/O through-put that SSD's can manage would be negated on that old 12 year old architecture.
