Hello :)

I wonder if anyone has seen this symbol by the system tray before.

The user is having problems with their PC not going to sleep. I claim it's related to software that is opened by user once
in a while which keeps the PC awake, because after a complete reboot and no fiddling, it goes to sleep as it should.

I work in IT Support and, for the past 6 years, I have only seen this software on one PC, which is users PC.
The user claims it's an update helper, I claim it's a network adapter/VPN manager.

Has anyone run into this software before?
