Two identical bluray writers-one not migrated?

Hello. Sorry in advance, English is not my native language. I already posted in a different forum and called tech support, to no avail.

I have two identical Bluray writers inside my case. They are both Pioneer BDR-2209. The upper one works without issues, the lower one is telling me in the device manager that it's not migrated. If I put a Disc in the lower one, and try to write on it, it opens the upper one and tells me to put a Disc in. I assume this is because the lower one somehow is not migrated.
I already tried uninstalling it in the device manager, and also downloaded the firmware update from the Pioneer website, both without success. I do not think that the writer is faulty, I merely think that something with the settings is wrong. But whatever I find on google doesn't help, because it's mostly for USB devices that experience this error and no one really has two identical bluray writers in their case.

It would be great if someone helped me. I don't know much about computers and I'm getting really frustrated.

I couldn't find the edit button. Anyway, I forgot to say that the upper writer was in first and worked fine, then I put in the second lower one, which isn't migrated while the upper one still works fine.

Actually scratch that....the upper one writes Blurays but it doesn't read them anymore. It read them before I put in the second writer so I just assumed it would still work. My bad. Sorry for the many posts...

After putting the burnt disc in, it doesn't start to spin and the drive isn't shown on the left side either.

Is something with the cables wrong?
