Great case but not the best of installation manuals when it comes to the cooling fan connections, doesn`t say if the case fans all connect to the MB or direct to the PSU 
What I would suggest: with the computer disconnected from the power outlet, remove the side of the case, ground yourself by touching a bare metal part of the case/PSU, disconnect all of the case fans (leaving just the CPU/GPU cooling fans connected) reassemble and test, if all good power down, disconnect the power cord etc, ground yourself by touching a bare metal part of the case/PSU, connect only one of the case fans and the main power cord, power up and test, repeat the process until the problem fan has been identified.
Must also consider that it cold b something else that is vibrating when cold and after getting warm expanding and the vibrating stopping, just another possibility to mention.
You should find the fan adjustment settings in the Advanced part of the BIOS but only of any use if the case fans are connected to the 4 pin fan headers on the MB.
