Toshiba Satellite L50-B windows desktop screen with black line

Hello,
I’m an owner of a Toshiba Satellite L50-B- laptop with Windows 8.1
I turned on my laptop to discover a black line appearing on Windows desktop.
Ive connected to an external monitor and no line appears.
Since my last email , i have used my laptop a few times and noticed the black line to be thicker and dark black.
