Think I might have fried my PC

Hello. Today I decided to try to clean my pc. I cleaned the fans and case thoroughly and vacuumed the fans also. The PC was unplugged at the time. However, when I did this I smelled some kind of burning from the PC, it might have been a coincidence but I’m not sure. When I first plugged it in, my monitor wouldn’t pick up the HDMI signal, and said “cable not connected”, no matter which cable I use (However, I have had issues with this in the past. It may be an issue with the graphics card) so I cannot reach the BIOS. The Ethernet port no longer lights up when plugged in, even when trying 2 different cables. The power button no longer shuts down the PC, even if I hold it down for a long time. The fans just slow down and immediately start again when I remove my finger
I don’t know what to do. I’ll try disconnecting the GPU and using integrated graphics, but I don’t have high hopes. Please help.

My PC specs are:
Ryzen 5 2400g
RX 5700
16 GB RAM

May have sucked off a Jumper that is needed or caused a static discharge.

Yes you may have just fried the computer.
What part of it would be fried? Just one part or the whole thing?

It could be any one part to several parts.

If you have a spare power supply would try that also how long before the next part fails.

If it does the same thing Motherboard, RAM, CPU (rare yet has happen).

Connect the HDD to another as a secondary drive and or via USB to test it and get what personal data you can.
