The Screen and Sounds Turns off While Playing Some Games

Greetings,
In some games the screen momentarily turns off for 1~2 seconds and comes back. I'm not an engineer so I'm hoping to make a sense that I can only write the signs that I notice when I have the issue. I'd like to detail my problem point to point so if you are bored to read just skip to the last chapter there will be my PC details and a video when I had the problem at the end of my post also a summary of my problem.

Firstly, I don't experience this problem in every game just like The Witcher 3 and PUBG and also in EU4 which requires less GPU but more CPU (I think so) so I don't think that the the problem is insufficient display card. Interestingly, I had the problem while playing dota 2 and lowered the video/graphic quality and never had it again so the problem is kinda related to graphics features. I think there is a graphic function and let's call it "x" and The x causes some problem with my PC or Monitor.

Secondly, I'm also experiencing the same shutdown issue: when the screen size of the game is different from the screen size that I normally use on the monitor, for example;
  • Normally Display: 1920-1080
  • In the game: 1280-960
In such cases, when I get out of the game and return to the desktop, the problem arises. Maybe this is not a problem but still I wanted to write it, it can be related to my issue.

Finally, let me write more technical expressions.
  1. I checked the video card fans, no problem.
  2. The video card is heating up to max 70° no more and having the problem even in 60°.
  3. I updated the video card's driver and nothing is changed
  4. When the screen shuwdowns, the sound shutdowns too.

I have the problem when I play some games, The monitor turns off for a second and comes back. It mostly happens when there are different graphic things in the game.
