The games servers have had problems which are documented here + if you go here you will see that many are still having the same problem as yourself, sorry but it is the games provider who need to help.
Edit to add: Are you sure that it is not your hardware settings that are not being saved, if it is such an issue it is nothing to do with any game and if the case the thread is post on the wrong PCHF sub forum.
