Solved Taskbar on 2 of 3 screens

I have a 3 monitor setup. 2 main screens and a 3rd smaller one which I use for photo slideshows (it's a portable screen connected via usb-c)

Is there a way to have the task bar permanently on the 2 main screens but not on the third smaller one. It seems in windows settings it's all or 1.

Any help is much appreciated.
