System super slow & lagging hard after failed game installation

Hello friends

2 days ago i tried to install a game and it failed. However my laptop turn super sluggish afterwards, even after several restarts. I suspected a malware but couldn't confirm it as scanning with Malwarebyte result in nothing. From time to time my Bitdefender do alert blocking a certain file but i cant confirm whether they are false alarm or what. Please help me i regret so much trying to install that stupid game
