Are you sure the model has two cameras?
Is there any key which may switch the cameras?
I can’t find any specific information on how to do this either - even on the HP website.

Bastet is bang on the money as the computer only has the one camera and what you need to do is flip the screen so that the camera is pointing in the direction that you want it to, fwiw it has the ridiculous name of a world facing camera
