First of all, this is my laptop specs:
Device ASUS TUF Gaming A15 FA506IU_FA506IU
CPU AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz
GPU NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti 6 GB VRAM
Installed RAM 16.0 GB (15.4 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition Windows 11 Home Single Language
Version 21H2
Installed on ‎20/‎7/‎2021
OS build 22000.160
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.160.0

So what happen is that when i play higher-end games (In this case, Godfall) with my laptop, i noticed that normally my GPU usage will be around 90% and CPU usage around 50%, but the CPU usage sometimes drop to 10% causing my fps to drop from 60 fps straight down to 15 fps. And after about 15 seconds the CPU usage and fps will go back to normal, but the drop happens every few minutes. This issue doesnt happen when im plying with lower-end games like csgo and rocket league. This issue only happen recently so if you asked what did i do recently to my laptop recently then the only thing major i did recently is upgrading my laptop from windows 10 to windows 11 but im not sure if that's the cause for it. Anyone with any idea about whats going on will be appreciated!

As was stated in your other thread that you asked the same question on you were to contact Microsoft and to confirm that Windows 11 is combatable with you system.

Since Windows 11 is in BETA test.
