strange fps drops

as you may be aware, many factors other than the GPU affect FPS rates - from background tasks to bandwidth.
a lot of these factors are outside your control.
anything that can hinder the flow of instructions between the CPU, GPU and RAM can reduce FPS rates.

I always liken improving FPS rates to chasing the Holy Grail - you'll always be disappointed. (n)

im understand thank you for your time maybe that game is bad optimized at all, but before reinstall of windows that fps drop was in every game no just in D2R

cs go, lol looking good now without that fps drop, but u know i dont want better/higher fps, i want stable fps without drop, my computer is so clean i dont have any program running in background while im playing so its just sad for me... but never mind if it only happens with this one game its fine :)
