I have updated windows to newest version. I have windows 10 home. Everything is upo to date in "Windows Update".

So other can assist we need some more information.

How old is the system and did it come with windows 10 or was or upgraded from previous version?

How did you format the computer and where did the install media come from?

Speccy does not included information about the power supply you will need to post he make and model.

Have you tried just after the clean install and drives testing it for a bit. How did it run?

How does the system react in safe mode?

Download then run Speccy (free) and post the resultant url for us, details here, this will provide us with information about your computer hardware + any software that you have installed that may explain the present issue/s.

To publish a Speccy profile to the Web:

In Speccy, click File, and then click Publish Snapshot.

In the Publish Snapshot dialog box, click Yes to enable Speccy to proceed.

Speccy publishes the profile and displays a second Publish Snapshot. You can open the URL in your default browser, copy it to the clipboard, or close the dialog box.

Windows is from Windows website. Its windows 10 home, i instaled it from bootable pendrive. Every driver i installed is also from orginal website, or from windows updates.

I never tried run it in safe mode. And im not sure if i can do it.

Do not worry about it

First thing I will suggest is to make back of you personal data on to external drives.
Can you some times hear the hard drives and what do they sound like?
From what I am seeing on the speccy report is that the HDDs are starting or have failed. I have asked another @phillpower2 and @Bruce to recheck it just to confirm my suspensions. They may also have other suggestions.

Hold off on this here are the instructions just so you have them
Here it is the microsoft link how to start in Safe Mode.
Scroll to the bottom and on the bottom left is where you can change the language to one that work for you.

They don't make noices. I know one driver might be broken but if i unplug in system wont start now. They are old indeed, but before reinstaling windows they were same, soo basically nothing changed. I guess. Im going to try safe mode and i will reply.

Ok if you are in safe mode then it's a good chance it is not a hardware issue... Which points at a software issue. What was the last thing/things that you downloaded and installed before the issue's started?

Nothing. Windows. That was at start almost.
Edit: Actually i tried to "emulate pad" and get permisions to "system32" folder but im not sure if thats important.
