Solved Startup Problems

So I recently upgraded my computer (new motherboard, CPU, and CPU cooler) because I had been having some problems that I'm having now. So, whenever I turn on my computer it brings me to the Windows Memory Recovery screen or what not and it says "Start System Restore" and "Start Windows Normally."

When I select "System Restore" it brings up the system restore and everything, except I can't press enter or click accept to undergo the restore, so that's pointless.

When I select "Start Windows Normally" it just starts to load for a second, brings up the little animated Windows logo, then crashes.

Please help!

or, the original problem of a failing hard drive or fault memory hasn't been addressed.
could also be a corrupted Windows installation - have you tried a repair or fresh re-install?
No, I haven't, but the problem is I currently don't have a fresh code to use for Windows, so I'm trying to figure it out first before buying Windows again.

yep, did it to all my PC's, just plug in the Win7 Product Key when prompted during the Win10 installation.
make sure you get the same version of Win10 as your Win7, so if you have Win7 Home, download Win 10 Home.

thanks man I figured it out. I just had to remove the DVD from the CD drive and it worked. Thanks!
