Hi Again..I cannot get into the bios to do a Last Known Good Configuration function..I'm pressing the life out of F8, but no no joy..My Laptop is not booting up,(Blank Screen) windows was doing updates yesterday, and someone turned it off mid -way through..Thanks.

Welcome to PCHF :) Have you tried doing a Recovery of Windows 7? Insert the Windows 7 disc into the drive and boot into it. When Windows 7 installation pops up, select Repair your computer.
 
Thank You For The Welcome. I have a black screen, when i try to boot up the disc from the bios nothing happens. I have done the removal of battery, press power button...etc..etc..No Joy!!

Sounds like it might be a bad video card. Have you tried using a known good video card and ruling out a faulty graphics card? Even better, have you tried connecting to an external monitor and seeing if maybe the display is bad?
