Start Menu cant working after updating.

Dear Admin,

Need help. After several update of my Win 10 Pro. I can access my Start menu anymore. I tried several guide before posting in this thread.
1. I already take using guide to run scan through powershell (task). The system notice my laptop is healthy and cant find abnormality.
2. I try to create local account and noted i can access it but i cant do that in my microsoft account (which is my main account of the laptop).
3. Scan all computer using antivirus and deactive firewall.

But nothing works.

My Spec :
ROG GL552JX
Windows 10 Professional Genuine
8GB RAM and so on

Please help me. Thanks before

If the linked procedures do not correct your problem, perhaps I do not understand your problem.
Please describe in detail what you mean by "I can access my Start menu anymore"

Can you see the Start button? If yes, does it respond when clicked? Right clicked?
If it does respond, is it empty?

The chronology is like this.
After automatic update of WIndows 10. I suddenly cant left click the start button (it doesnt open any start menu). I can still right click it thou.
I tried several method via google like i mentioned above. and even create new guest account (i dont know why but i can access start menu in the guest account but not in the administrator/main account which i connected via microsoft account).
When i clicked it, it seems like my mouse cursor become loading but did not opened anything.
