SSD card is recognized on PC but can't get past boot screen

As the title says, As a first time builder this past December, I bought a Western Digital Blue SN550 1TB to replace my smaller 256GB Western Digital for my first build. When I go to the boot menu, the motherboard recognizes it but won't get past the boot screen. I doubled checked for any compatibility issues but there are none. I have not dropped it, it's brand new and not secondhand, and even wore gloves when changing out the SSDs. My motherboard is a ASRock B450M Steel Legend Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard. Any help is appreciated!

I inserted my screens from boot up

have you got the drive type for the SSD set to AHCI?
and this new SSD is the only drive in the PC? or are you adding it to the previously connected 256GB WD drive?
and you have a bootable USB stick connected with the latest Win10 ISO image?
