I recently moved my pc to another room and my sound is no longer working. I'm pretty sure all cords are plugged into the same spots they always have been, so I can't figure out what is causing the issue. Whenever I troubleshoot my sound issues I get a list of all these issues, and it can't find any way to resolve the problems: https://snag.gy/oNrLce.jpg . My system tray also claims I have no speakers or headphones plugged in: https://snag.gy/aXbCcG.jpg . But when I go to playback devices it shows all the ones I do have plugged in, but options like set default are grayed out: https://snag.gy/xbnOKz.jpg . I have reinstalled my sound drivers and have tried a bunch of other random stuff I found on the internet, but I'm honestly out of ideas. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sound Stopped Working

I don't have any speakers, I have a headset and a tv that my computer is hooked through. Before I could play sound through my tv or my headset, but now neither is working.
I scanned my computer for corrupt files via command prompt 'sfc /SCANNOW'. It said "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some" not sure if that is what's causing the issue.
