Hey guys, at first i wsh you all a good (christmas)time.
(Also i am sorry, for some mistakes on writing, but i am no native english speaker :D)

I have a problem with my about 3.5 year old pc and i am clueless what the reasons are for this.
There are 2 threads that have some similar problems, but yeah i couldnt get a solution out of them and i could add some more informations about the problem, when it happens, what happens and thats why i open a new thread.
My build is 3.5 years old and i never changed anything on it, so there is no new hardware that could be the problem and i didnt upgraded/change the OS or do some other major changes since last year.

2 months ago it started, that i had those problems:
I normally used my pc, played games, watched videos and do some office stuff. But after some hours of usage(no extreme use, no consistent high workload, just normal use with some breaks and so on), while playing Madden, watching YT(second screen) and being on TS, both of my Screens froze. I couldnt do anything, but the "video" or at least the audio keeps playing and i could still talk on TS. But thats it, couldnt do anything else. So i had to shut the pc down with the power button.
I started the pc again, but it didnt showed any error like "Windows didnt turn off regular - start in secure mode" not even in the eventmanager of windows it showed me any more errors. i thought everything fine, just some random ****. But after watching YT and playing 30 more minutes it happend again. The same problem. Again no errors, and i started stresstests on my GPU and CPU, but no heat problems.
GPU: 70 ° Celsius after 1 hour full stress test
CPU: 95 ° Celsius after 1 hour full stress test

The next two days it was the same, i used the pc for some hours without problems, but after 5-6 hours the same problem happens. But in different situation, while playing different games, just watching YT or both of it.
Cause i didnt know a solution, i decided to clean my pc, even that heat wasnt a problem.

It was a bit dusty, but nothing crazy, the fans worked fine just with some dust. I cleaned it as good as i could from the dust without removing any components.
But surprise it worked.
I didnt encountered the problem again for 2 months, since now...
In the time it was working, i didnt do anything special, no big changes and no new hardware.

Yesterday it started again.
While playing a game and watching a video, again both screen froze and audio/TS keeps playing/working.
I turned it off with the power button and tried to start it again. The pc started, i heared the windows sound, but i didnt get a picture on any of my screens.
Again i turned the pc off with the button and waited 5 minutes. After that it started normal and i got signals. And i could use it for 2 hours, but in this time i just used office programs and watched videos.
But then i used Teamviewer for some minutes and didnt watched any YT, it froze again. Thats the first time that happens while i didnt used any RAM heavy using program/game.
I turned it off, started again, no real errors in windows eventmanager(besides the turned off unexpectedly(power button press)). Worked again for some time, used Teamviewer, watched videos but after an hour i tried to play Rocket League and again freeze after some minutes of gameplay, sitll TS worked but thats it.
Started again, and tested CPU and GPU in stress tests, no problems, no overheating everything fine, tried to find something for testing VRAM but that what i find didnt worked, made the windows memcheck no problems. Updated GPU drivers.
All in all i tested for over one hour, but couldnt find anything. But those hour of "cooling" time where i just tested helped. I could play games and watch YT for over 1.5 hours without any freezes.

Today i used it again for some hours. Could play Rocket League and watch videos for nearly 2 hours without freezing. But again after 5-6 hours usage. I started to watch YT and play GTA , 15 minutes into gameplay freeze.
Restarted it and on this restart, the windows update installed.
Used the PC about half an hour to make a bootable memtest86 USB stick and after that tried to play RL. Not even in Game just as it loads up, the pc restarted on its own and windows showed me that "Checking the Drives" but accidentally i skipped that check and windows booted normal. Again talked 10 minutes on TS, started Rocket League got 2 minutes in to the game and the pc restarted again on its own. But this time i only heard that windows booted up, but my screens had no pictures(checked the connection but nothing).
Turned it of waited 5-10 minutes and started again. Windows started normal, i had signals on both screens and started a last try on Rocket League. But again 3 minutes into gameplay (about 10 minutes of total use) the screens froze again and TS still worked. Turned it off and again instantly starting didnt worked because no signals on both screens. Waited some time, started and boot the memtest86.

memtest86 worked for nearly 2 hours but didnt find any errors.

Its a bit long i know, but i wanted to describe the problem as accurate as i can.

In some words:
After hours of usage both screens freeze, mostly when RAM heavy programs where used.
After the PC was turned off over night it works everything fine for those 5-6 hours.
Restarting instantly sometimes gives no signals on screens (needs a 2-3 minute cooldown to restart with signals)
Even after 3 or 4 times freezing a 1.5 hour session of just researching and no heavy use allows me to have some heavy use like playing for hours without freezing.
Once "Cleaning"/getting rid of some dust in the PC solved the problem for 2 months(didnt do this again since the problem occured yesterday, cause why should that be the solution, but will do it again in some days)

Tested/Looked up so far:
Keeping an eye on temperatures: no overheating
GPU and CPU stress test for 1 hour: no problems, no overheating, problem does not occure while those tests run
Windows MemCheck: no errors
Windows Drive Tests: no errors on SSD(Windows), no errors on HDD
Memtest86 full check (13 tasks 4 times, worked 2 hours): no errors
Didnt find any error entry in windows eventmanager

Only thing that is a "problem" or more a thing i want to change someday is that my RAM is pretty low. But thats since i have the pc(not cleverly build :D). My RAM is at 50% while watching YT +all background processes and at around 95% while gaming and watching YT

I absolutely dont know what it could be, i cant imagine, that cleaning it from dust is a solution or that the dust is the reason for the problems.
Even dont know if its hardware or software related. So i will be happy about every possibly help or guess what it could be.
Just say what information you need, i will post it.

Here the specs:

Welcome to PCHF Hylianer04,

Can you post the brand and model name or number of the power supply (PSU).

Partition 0
Partition ID: Disk #1, Partition #0
Disk Letter: D:
File System: NTFS
Volume Serial Number: E08995DD
Size: 931 GB
Used Space: 854 GB (91%)
Free Space: 76 GB (9%) See canned info below;

For Windows to be able to run efficiently and to be able to update you need to have between 20 and 25% of the partition or drive available as free storage space at all times, if you don`t you risk Windows becoming corrupt or not being able to update which puts you at risk of malware attack.

Data only storage devices should not be allowed to get any lower than 10% of free storage space of the full capacity of the drive/partition on the drive, this also to avoid data corruption.

Please note that storage devices can physically fail if the amount of free storage space is allowed to drop below the required 10 or 20/25% minimum.

Yea i am sorry, had some trouble over the weekend.
But it seemed like freeing up some storage space was the solution, the problem didn't happen for two days now with heavy usage.
And i think, that this was also the same problem 2 months ago and the actual solution was not cleaning it from dust, but possibly i also freed up some storage on that disk 2 months ago.

So thanks for that help. I absolutely didnt thought this would be the problem.
And i hope it will continue to work the next days.

Happy Christmas to everyone!
